A Sacramento man accused of firing shots at the ABC10 building has been indicted by a federal grand jury. Prosecutors say Anibal Hernandez Santana discharged and possessed a firearm within 1,000 feet of two schools before allegedly targeting the news station, which was occupied at the time. No injuries were reported. The indictment includes charges of firearm possession in a school zone and interfering with a broadcast facility. Santana faces more than 10 years in prison if convicted and is due in federal court Oct. 6.
