US-based tech companies Natsoft Corporation and Updraft LLC have filed a $500 million lawsuit against Indian IT firm Hexaware Technologies Inc in the Illinois District Court of the US, alleging infringement of multiple patents and breach of contract.
In an exchange filing on Thursday, Hexaware said while it has not received any formal communication from the court or the companies involved, it does not expect any adverse order on the matter.
Natsoft and Updraft have listed nine counts of copyright infringement against Hexaware for using and selling their modernisation platforms/services/products related to Generative AI under products such as RapidX TM , Amaze, and Tensai/ATOP platforms.
