The Ministry of Culture concluded the fortnight-long Sewa Parv 2025 on Gandhi Jayanti with large-scale art workshops held in Srinagar and Diu, as part of a national effort to promote civic responsibility and cultural engagement aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of building a Viksit Bharat by 2047.

Organised from September 17 to October 2, the initiative combined themes of sewa (service) and kala (art), and witnessed widespread participation from students, artists, and institutions across the country.
