While the court dismissed an earlier ban on exporting parts for F35 fighter jets, it underscored the importance of a government-led evaluation. The court emphasized the potential risks of these exports being used in violation of international law.

The Dutch government has been given a six-week period to conduct this review, during which the export of fighter jet parts will remain prohibited.
