An outbreak of measles in the Pilbara continues to grow after another two cases were confirmed on Friday.

WA Health confirmed the two latest cases were linked to the cluster of cases reported on Monday, bringing the Pilbara caseload to six.

Testing sites across the region remain open as the health department urges anyone with symptoms to get tested for the highly infectious virus.

Measles testing is available at Hedland Health Campus, Karratha Health Campus, Roebourne Hospital, Onslow Health Service and Newman Health Service. People are advised to call ahead before attending and wear a mask.

New exposure sites and updated timeframes have been published in a public health alert by the Department of Health, with more exposure times across two hospitals.
