Mumbai, September 29, 2025: With Leading Hospitality Services (LHS)[BL1] and i2Cool Limited already offering such innovative electricity-free cooling in India, new standards in sustainable infrastructure are being established with the help of which buildings can reduce their energy usage by as much as 20 per cent. The software, which was presented at the Sustainability and Cooling Innovation Conference in Mumbai with the help of INFHRA, is meant to cut down the costs, decrease the carbon footprints, and speed up the transition to net-zero ambitions.

LHS i2Cool solutions use nanoparticle-based coats to reflect the solar energy and dissipate the heat, which reduces the surface temperature by up to 20 degrees Celsius. The technology has provided 20 to 25 per cent savings in electricity cost
