Taylor Swift's new album The Life Of A Showgirl dropped on Friday, and pop princess Taylor is back with a vengeance. It's a fun and upbeat project -- produced by Swedish duo Max Martin and Shellback -- and we unsurprisingly got a lot of references to her relationship with Travis Kelce. The 14-time Grammy winner and the 3-time Super Bowl champ started dating in the summer of 2023 and got engaged in August.
Happy and in love Taylor wrote lyrics that allude to her fiancé in songs like "The Fate Of Ophelia," "Opalite" and "Honey," but there's one song in the 12 on the album that truly made fans blush.

In "Wood," Swift used a bevy of superstitions like black cats, sidewalk cracks and unlucky pennies to flip things on their head and work in some very unsubtle innuendos.
Despite all the bad luck before, her new "redwood tree" appeared and she didn't even need to "knock on wood." In case you didn't know whether she was talking about Kelce in this one, she refers to her engagement ring -- "Girls, I don't need to catch a bouquet to know a hard rock is on the way" -- and uses his podcast, New Heights, in a lyric.
On top of it all, it's an absolute banger of a track that is certain to get stuck in your head.
