HAYS, Kan. (KAKE) - Sgt. Scott Heimann, the 32-year-old Hays Police Sergeant who was shot and killed in the line of duty early Sunday morning, will be laid to rest Friday morning.

The obituary for Sgt. Heimann says his funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. at Gross Memorial Coliseum on the Fort Hays State University campus. Watch live below.
