A massive fire broke out at Chevron’s El Segundo Refinery Thursday night, sending large flames and dark plumes of smoke into the air over Los Angeles. The company says all personnel and contractors have been accounted for and there are no injuries. NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports for TODAY.
