Devoleena Bhattacharjee celebrated a joyous Durga Puja with her husband, Shahnawaz Shaikh, and their son, Joy. The couple, married in December 2022, have been marking festivals with grandeur. To conclude the festivities, Devoleena visited a pandal and performed the final ritual before the idol’s immersion.

In the video, Devoleena is seen applying vermillion to the idol’s face and offering sweets to the goddess, following the traditional ritual. The idol’s large size required her to climb a wooden ladder to reach the top. She looked elegant in a classic red-and-white saree. In the caption, she wrote, “Goodbyes are never easy… but Bijoya brings hope, love & blessings for a brighter tomorrow."
