A 7-year-old boy died after he got his head stuck in a car window while his drugged-up mom was “passed out” in the front seat, according to cops who charged her with murder.

Mazi Simmons was found unconscious and not breathing with his head hanging out of the backseat window of a car parked outside of an Atlanta home in April, according to a warrant obtained by People Magazine .

His mother, Kandice Grace, 32, was “passed out in the driver’s seat,” with two of her other kids also in the car, according to the document.
