It's been over a month since Donald Nunney and Maria Galindo Nunney died during a trip to drop their eldest son off at college. Now, as their two youngest children continue healing from their injuries, their big brother Noah plans to file for joint guardianship with his maternal grandmother.
“I know that my parents would be very proud,” Noah tells PEOPLE in a joint interview with his sister, Lucia, 15, and brother, Leo,
