Two teenage girls were struck by a black SUV while riding an electric bike earlier this week in Cranford, New Jersey. Law enforcement says after hitting the girls, the driver did not stop and eventually ditched the black SUV. The suspect, Vincent Battiloro, was later taken into custody and charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
