ST. LOUIS — The owner of the downtown building that currently houses the St. Louis Post-Dispatch is seeking a buyer.
The StarWood Group has listed 901 North 10th Street for sale at $3.3 million, according to online marketing materials . The Post-Dispatch, which has a multiyear lease at the building, would remain if the building sells.
John Berglund, StarWood manager, said his firm has been unable to find additional tenants for the 10th Street building, a 74,000-square-foot property built in the 1980s. His company acquired the property in 2018, and the newspaper relocated there in 2019 .
“Its sale now represents a great opportunity for an 'owner-occupier' situation with the Post-Dispatch as an anchor,” Berglund said in a statement.
