Police are investigating a break-in at Caffè Nero in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Cambridge police said they received a call around 6 a.m. Friday from a manager at the Massachusetts Avenue business reporting a past breaking and entering.

The manager said they went to open the store on Friday morning and discovered that sometime overnight, cash and food products had been stolen from inside.

Cambridge police said detectives from their criminal investigations unit are working with the business to process the scene.

A sign on the door of the cafe on Friday morning said, "Sorry, we must open late," and police were seen entering and exiting the business.

No further details were immediately available.
