When Lauren Graham rose to fame in the early 2000s with her breakout role as Lorelai Gilmore in “ Gilmore Girls ,” there were a few things on “her list,” as she calls it, that would solidify in her mind that she “made it,” including appearances on “Celebrity Jeopardy!” and “Late Night With David Letterman.

But receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame hadn’t even crossed her mind, let alone make it onto any of her manifestation boards.

“There are so many things I’ve gotten to do at this point, and this wasn’t even [on my radar],” she tells Variety . “I had things that I thought, ‘Wow, that would be this achievement, and it would feel like something.’ This is one I didn’t even allow myself to think about.”
