Mill Creek Correctional Facility

Salem’s Tormented Illusion has turned the former Mill Creek Correctional Facility into a double haunted house attraction: a virtual reality experience and a phobias-themed horror show. The houses are divided between three floors of the over 10,000-square-foot prison, which shut down in 2021. There is also a separate Dark Maze Haunt, where scare enthusiasts can brave the dark and navigate a maze in the pitch black.
