HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - U.S. Senator Todd Young joined colleagues in urging the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to finalize a rule on imported Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) and hold firm on the proposed biomass-based diesel volumes.
