Judge Cites Heavier Texas Caseloads Among Reasons to Keep Musk SEC Action in DC

U.S. District Judge Sparkle L. Sooknanan wrote it's feasible the case could have been brought in the Texas court, and the SEC hadn't shown a link between the case and the D.C. forum other than the case being a securities matter, but Musk's argument wasn't enough to supersede courts' deference to a plaintiff's choice of forum.
