Shreveport, LA — The Chicken & Blues Festival released the official schedule and key attendee information for this Saturday’s all-day event on the LSUS campus. Gates open at 1:00 PM, with music and activities running from 2:00–10:00 PM. The evening highlight features Jamal Roberts, winner of American Idol Season 23, performing live.

“Chicken & Blues is about culture, community, and an economic lift for our city,” said Pastor Charles “CeJay” Johnson, festival organizer. “We’re asking our media partners to help us get the word out so families know when to arrive and what to bring for a smooth, safe experience.”
