SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - Chicken & Blues revealed its full schedule for this year's festival, including performances from American Idol winner Jamal Roberts and more.

"Chicken & Blues is about culture, community, and an economic lift for our city," said Pastor Charles "CeJay" Johnson, festival organizer.

The festival will take place on Saturday, October 4, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with gates opening at 1 p.m., at LSU Shreveport. The festival is full of events and activities on a near-hourly basis from open to close.
