The Blues are finally close to arriving at some answers.

Saturday is their final preseason game of the fall, as they’ll visit Chicago to take on the Blackhawks before rosters are due on Monday and the regular season opens Thursday against the Wild. With five exhibitions and two weeks of training camp in the rear-view mirror, here’s a projection of what the Blues roster could look like in just a few days.

From day one of camp through Thursday night’s dress rehearsal against Ottawa, Robert Thomas and Jimmy Snuggerud have been stapled to each other’s sides.
