The University of Pennsylvania has approved a new clinic in Delaware, its first project in the First State.
The $25 million outpatient care center will be located at 3505 Silverside Road in Concord Plaza, Talleyville, approximately 2 miles from the Pennsylvania state line. The 7,865-square-foot clinic will be housed in an existing building and will feature radiology and primary care practices. The facility is scheduled to open in late 2027.
According to a document filed in July with the Delaware Health Care Commission, Penn Medicine has “identified that a substantial portion of its population resides in Delaware and travels to out of state locations for radiology services.”
