Srinagar, Oct 3: Police in Bandipora facilitated a series of public interaction meetings with different community members in the jurisdiction of PS Hajin, PS Bandipora and PS Sumbal.

These meetings were chaired by the respective jurisdictional officers and witnessed the participation of members from civil society, traders federation and transporters union.

During the interaction, participants raised several issues related to policing in the area. The chairing officers gave patient hearing and assured that all genuine grievances would be redressed in the shortest possible time.
