MOHAVE COUNTY, Ariz. — Law enforcement officials have identified a body found inside a cardboard box located in the desert area east of Kingman, according to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office.

The Mohave County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded on Sept. 5 to a wash located near Windmill Ranch Road where a suspicious package had been discovered.

The property owner contacted authorities after noticing the box while driving around the property, MCSO said. Another individual reported observing a vehicle near the wash with its trunk open the night prior.

Upon arrival, the deputies confirmed the body of a woman had been placed inside the box. Fingerprints were collected and later matched to 57-year-old Carolyn Ann Bosher of Las Vegas.
