A notable couple is calling it quits five years after being involved in scandal.
People reported Friday that “Full House” star Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli have separated after nearly 28 years of marriage.
“They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time,” Loughlin’s representative Elizabeth Much told People.
In May 2020, Loughlin and Giannulli pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud after they were accused of paying $500,000 for their daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose admission into the University of Southern California.
The two were falsely designated as recruits to the university’s crew team even though neither ever participated in the sport.
