Two public comment sessions have been scheduled for residents to tell library officials what they want to see in an expansion of the Holland Branch Library.

Toledo Lucas County Public Library and Toledo Design Collective, a nonprofit that works with community groups on urban planning and design, will hold the community listening sessions from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 11 at the library, 1032 S. McCord Rd. in Holland.

A discussion and presentation summarizing the collected feedback is set for Oct. 30 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Voters OK’d a one-mill bond in November, 2024, to fund capital improvements across the Toledo library system.
