Pueblo man gets probation for possessing child sex abuse materials

A Pueblo man has been sentenced to five years of probation for sexual exploitation of a child.

Sebastian Cleaver, 25, previously pleaded guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of a child after law enforcement found more than 200 videos and images of child sexual abuse materials on his cell phone.

He was originally charged with five counts of child sexual exploitation, all but one of which were dropped in exchange for his plea of guilty, according to a July 10 plea agreement obtained by the Chieftain .
