Dallas Cowboys rookie running back Jaydon Blue suffered an unusual sports-related injury that you can officially file under “Never heard of this before.”
Jerry Jones and the Cowboys selected Jaydon Blue in the fifth round (149th overall) of this year’s draft, joining a revamped backfield that includes veterans Javonte Williams and Miles Sanders.
Blue has been sidelined for Dallas’ first four games because of heel/ankle injuries he suffered in the preseason, but it looks like he’ll finally make his NFL debut against the New York Jets on Sunday.
