“Fast and Furious” franchise actor Tyrese Gibson turned himself in to police Friday after his dogs allegedly killed another dog in his Atlanta neighborhood .

Authorities had issued an arrest warrant on Sept. 22 for Gibson, who is also an accomplished R&B singer. He was booked on a charge of cruelty to animals and released, jail records show.

According to court documents, Gibson’s four cane corso dogs were seen running through the neighborhood on Sept. 18 and killed a neighbor’s 5-year-old Cavalier King Charles spaniel.
