New Delhi [India], October 4 (ANI): Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal hailed the completion of 25 years of the India-Russia strategic partnership on Friday, saying that both countries enjoy a "special, privileged strategic partnership."

While adressing the weekly MEA briefing, Jaiswal stated that "Today is a special day, 3rd of October. On 3rd October 2000, we established the India-Russia Strategic Partnership. Today, we are celebrating 25 years of this special partnership."
