LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A 14-year-old boy in Lancaster County was arrested Thursday for allegedly making a school shooting threat, according to police.

Mount Joy Borough Police said they learned about the threat while investigating a separate incident involving the teen.

Police stated the boy allegedly made a threat to shoot a local school during a Snapchat call. The specific school or district that was in the threat was not made known by police.

The teen, who was not identified, faces a terroristic threats charge.
