On Friday at 12:57 p.m. an updated freeze warning was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Saturday between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Klamath Basin and Central and Eastern Lake County.

"Sub-freezing temperatures of 26 to 32 degrees are forecast for Saturday morning. Freezing temperatures are also likely each morning from Sunday through Tuesday. Low temperatures during the weekend are expected to reach freezing, but the warmest portions of the area will be near freezing. A hard freeze is expected for all of the area on Monday," adds the weather service. "This will be the only freeze warning issued for east side valleys, with normal low temperatures now approaching freezing."
