Voting results: Who was the volleyball player of the week for the week of Sept. 22?

Nelson’s Avi Trees and St. Mary’s Academy’s Katie White are The Oregonian/OregonLive volleyball players of the week for the week of Sept. 22, as voted by subscribers.

Trees helped the Hawks win the Premier Gold championship at the Nike Tournament of Champions in Arizona. She had 30 aces, 30 assists and over 125 digs to help lead Nelson’s defense.

White is a sophomore outside hitter, who had 18 kills and was .455 at the net in a 3-2 loss to West Linn on Sept. 23.
