ST. LOUIS - After missing the postseason for the third consecutive season, the St. Louis Cardinals look ahead to the future of the franchise. Chaim Bloom steps in as the President of Baseball Operations, while Chairman Bill DeWitt Jr. and President Bill DeWitt III continue their 30-year-plus run of franchise ownership.
