NEW YORK — FEDERAL PROSECUTORS on Wednesday released video of the Aug. 17 shooting at Brooklyn’s “Taste of the City” nightclub that killed three and injured 10, according to PIX11. Authorities say Elijah Roy, 25, was among five alleged gunmen who unleashed 40 shots in six seconds during a gang dispute. Arrested in North Carolina, Roy cried in federal court, telling family, “I want to go home,” before being remanded.
His lawyer questions whether he can be seen holding a gun in the video.
