SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - A bright breezy Friday will turn partly cloudy evening with a slight chance of showers along I-95 to the coast. High pressure to our north will keep us on the dry side, though rain off shore due to a coastal trough is trying to make a run for the coast. Rain chances dramatically increase Sunday and Monday.

More of us are in the low 80s this afternoon thanks to more sunshine; it’ll be 76° for our 7:06pm sunset with increasing clouds and a 10% chance of a brief sprinkle/shower and the northeast breeze continues but not as gusty.

Daybreak Saturday: Mix of sun and clouds 67, some coastal showers possible, east-northeast wind 10-15mph with gusts near 25mph. Afternoon high 82°and a 30% chance of scattered showers.
