A group of West Plano neighbors said they’re experiencing inconsistent cellphone coverage. They said they often have to leave their homes and drive out of their neighborhood to make a call. The neighbors tell NBC 5 Responds that the problems began about three weeks ago. They said there isn’t a clear explanation for the sudden voice call troubles.
‘IT’S NOT YOUR PHONE’
Bill Brunken said his home of 32 years has suddenly become a black hole for cell service.
“Calls drop; we can’t make them. If I need to make a phone call, I literally get in my car, I drive to the next neighborhood, sit in the parking lot to make it work,” said Brunken.
At first, he thought it was his phone.
