HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — All across the Tennessee Valley, furry friends are looking for their furrever home.

This week, News 19 is featuring another friend from the Greater Huntsville Humane Society in need of a home, Elara.

Elara is a dilute tortoiseshell whose beautiful coat and eyes tend to draw attention. The folks over at the shelter said Elara has plenty of personality even if she enjoys quiet observation at times. GHHS said while she starts out reserved in new situations but after she gets comfortable she is good with both dogs and children.
