Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has shared his thoughts on the sexual assault lawsuit filed against him in 2020, which still remains active and is being hotly pursued.

Jones, 82, is the subject of a suit from a woman who claimed he forced his tongue down her mouth and groped her after a home game against the New York Giants in 2018. He’s set to stand trial next year.

He tried to have the case thrown out of court, but a judge declined to dismiss it this Thursday. It is now set to enter trial in 2026.

Jones appeared on 105.3 The Fan in Dallas on Friday after an interesting reply to a question about kissing his sister following the Cowboys’ most recent game, and was asked about the trial, which he proceeded to address right after saying he was unable to comment on it.
