The parents of a 15-month-old girl are facing manslaughter charges after their toddler fell to her death from an apartment balcony.

On July 6, police were called to an apartment building on Lexington Avenue North in Roseville after a 911 caller reported a small child had fallen from a Juliet-style balcony.

When they arrived, they found a 15-month-old girl lying in the driveway who was unresponsive with a severe head injury.

As first responders were treating her, they saw a second small child crawling through the safety bars of the balcony, which was located near an open door with a large tear in the screen.
