ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two more people are facing charges connected to the deadly shooting of a 14-year-old boy in a UNM dorm room in July.

One of the individuals, Zion Miera, 19, is the boy's older brother, and according to court documents, he had been involving the 14-year-old in his criminal activity.

Miera was one of the four people in the dorm room in July when his half-brother, 14-year-old Michael Lamotte, was shot and killed. Police believe the group was doing drugs and had a number of guns in the room at the time. Police also claime that Miera regularly sold guns.

Court documents reveal Miera and another 19-year-old, Daniel Archuleta, who was grazed by gunfire, ran from the room after the shooting. But they returned and retrieved two bags, which were later found empty in the
