MARSHFIELD, Maine (WABI) - A Marshfield construction company has been fined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for the death of an employee in March.
According to a report by OSHA, Hanscom Construction, Inc. has been fined more than $95,000 for the incident.
The Bangor Daily News reports 41-year-old Shaun Moody was a truck technician for Hanscom Construction when he died at the company’s property on Ridge Road.
The company was cited by OSHA for 18 violations in total, with 15 of the violations carrying fines.
OSHA’s report did not provide any further details about the incident, only labeling it an accident.
