EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- The Texas Department of Transportation has released a list of road closures for the week of Oct. 3, 2025, that may affect your commute, including a 48-hour road closure on Interstate 10 in West El Paso.

Saturday, Oct. 4 through Monday, Oct. 6, from 5 a.m. to 5 a.m. (48-Hour Weekend Closure) • I-10 westbound at Sunland Park closed. • I-10 eastbound between Thorn and Mesa, left lane closed. (Saturday only 5 a.m. to 5 p.m) Detour: Traffic will exit at Sunland Park and take CD Lane to Mesa.
