BLUFFDALE — A landslide forced the closure of a portion of 14600 South in Bluffdale Friday.

The Bluffdale Police Department said eastbound traffic was being stopped at Spring View Parkway and westbound traffic was stopped at 1000 West.

Bluffdale PD urged drivers to use alternative routes and avoid the area, and said the road would likely be closed for several hours.
