Six years after he duped two passengers travelling to Ethiopia, a former Indian national was arrested earlier this week for allegedly arranging illegal CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate) for people looking to travel abroad.

Delhi Police identified the accused as Guramritpal Singh Multani alias Pali (52), a permanent resident of Canada, who resided in the Hamilton region of Ontario.

On September 29, he was among the 52 accused arrested from the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad for allegedly

forging visas, passports and documents to facilitate quick foreign travels.
