CINCINNATI —

A man from Corbin, Kentucky, is accused of attacking a man after the victim left a restaurant on Short Vine in Cincinnati last month.

Court documents allege Kenneth Bolin punched the victim in the back of the head. His attorneys argue that the assault does not rise to the level of a felony. Advertisement

However, prosecutors claim Bolin knocked the victim to the ground after demanding the food he was carrying.

David Hickenlooper, assistant prosecutor for Hamilton County, said, "(Victim) lost consciousness on the ground. While on the ground, others joined in and somewhere, from what I've seen, 8-12 individuals kicking and stomping on the victim."

Prosecutors say the victim suffered a concussion, a broken jaw, and a black eye. The judge set Bolin's bond at $100,000 and ord
