A 17-year-old from York County is wanted for homicide and considered armed and dangerous after police said he shot and killed a person early Friday morning .

Police issued an arrest warrant for Tymir Williams, of York, after officers found a shooting victim on the 400 block of West Princess Street just after 1 a.m.

The victim, whose name, age and address have not been publicly released, was taken to WellSpan York Hospital, where he died from his injuries.

The killing was the second deadly shooting in York over 48 hours. Around 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, 31-year-old Dominick Skinner was shot and killed by his ex-girlfriend’s son , 24-year-old Romanus Myers.

That homicide occurred on the 600 block of East Princess Street, less than two miles from where police said Williams shot a person.
