Louisiana Senator Slams ‘Bilingual’ AOC Over Shutdown: ‘She’s Speaking English and Stupid’

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) slammed Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) in a Friday appearance on Fox News, saying, “She must be bilingual — she’s speaking English and stupid.”

Kennedy told Fox’s Johnny Jones that while Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is “getting a lot of the blame” for Wednesday’s government shutdown , “the group calling the shots is the socialist wing,” which he said is spearheaded by Ocasio-Cortez.
