This particular Yankees scout was amazed by Cam Schlittler's 'unbelievable' performance Wednesday night

Thursday night, in Game 3 of the AL Wild Card series between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees , Yankees rookie Cam Schlittler turned in the best performance of his young career, shutting out the Sox through eight innings, while striking out 12 and allowing only five hits.

And of all that thought highly of his performance, Matt Hyde, the Yankee scout who first saw Schlittler during his time at Northeastern University, likely thought the best of him.

Hyde was in attendance to watch the 24-year-old deliver his memorable performance.
